Prescreening
Understand the client organisation with regard to existing business model, activities, organisational structure, cultural traits, future growth plans and the role linkages leading to accomplishment of a common purpose.

Position Description
Map position specific competencies including job title, deliverables, principal accountabilities, internal/external contacts, work environment, compensation, location and other relevant details.
